What’s new?
We are pleased to introduce our new HOME Zero cover profiles, available in 120 mm and 90 mm. These profiles are the next step in the evolution of our renovation cover range, offering an improved alternative to the existing profiles. By using aluminium, the profiles deliver enhanced durability, a clean finish, and complete resistance to corrosion.

- Required headroom: 0 mm
- Required side space: 0 mm
- Cover widths: 90 mm and 120 mm
- Profile Lengths: 3000 mm and 6000 mm
- Maximum daylight width: 6180 mm
- Maximum dayight height: 3000 mm
- Colors: R7016 fine texture, R9016 fine texture, and unpainted
- Suitable door systems: HOME-X and HOME-R
What is HOME Zero?
For garages with no available side space or headroom we created HOME Zero: a series of cover profiles and mounting brackets that allow the track set to be mounted directly to the wall or ceiling. This completely removes the need for side space and headroom, while still maintaining all the benefits of our HOME system.
HOME Zero expands your installation options and makes more projects achievable with the same trusted DOCO quality.
Top profile and lintel profile
The HOME Zero top profile is connected to the HOME Zero side profiles using an installation profile (235504).
The lintel profile is then installed by using our HOME tunnel lintel connection brackets (235027) or by directly screwing it into the HOME Zero top profile using screws and washers.
Mounted using screws and washers
HOME Zero profiles are mounted using our thread rolling M6 screw (150145) combined with our M6 washer (150146).
